One of the most important things I would like potential customers to know is if you are looking to get any type of work done around your home, make sure the person is qualified and licensed. I have been called to repair many jobs where people say they qualified but are not qualified or licenced carry out any type of building or maintenance work.
These so called tradies may be cheaper but will cost you in the long run. Please be aware !
